Compared with other reducers, the harmonic reducer has the advantages of high precision, high torque, high rigidity, high transmission efficiency, etc. However, due to the working principle of the harmonic reducer, it also has many disadvantages. In order to effectively avoid Vibration, abnormal noise, etc. may occur during the operation of the harmonic reducer due to errors in assembly. When assembling, please strictly observe the following precautions for the assembly of the harmonic reducer.Considerations for Wave Generators1. Please avoid applying excessive force to the bearing part of the wave generator during assembly. Insertion can be performed smoothly by rotating the wave generator.2. When using a wave generator without Oldham coupling structure, please pay special attention to control the influence of center offset and skew within the recommended value.
Precautions for the wheel1. Check whether the flatness of the mounting surface is good and whether there is any skew.2. Check whether the screw hole is bulging, has residual burrs, or is bitten by foreign objects.3. Check whether the chamfering and avoidance processing are performed on the housing assembly part to avoid interference with the rigid wheel.4. After the rigid wheel is assembled to the shell, confirm whether it can rotate, whether there is interference in some parts, and it is clamped tightly.5. When inserting the bolt into the bolt hole for installation, check whether the position of the bolt hole is correct, and whether the bolt is in contact with the rigid wheel due to the skew processing of the bolt hole, and the rotation of the bolt becomes heavy.6. Please do not tighten the bolts according to the specified torque at one time. Please temporarily tighten with a force of about 1/2 of the specified torque, and then tighten according to the specified torque. Also, normally tighten the bolts in diagonal order.7. Pinning to the rigid wheel may cause low rotation accuracy, so please avoid it as much as possible.
