　　3, the gearbox has been coated with antioxidants. The mating surface is not smeared and is covered with a protective oil.

　　4, the gearbox has passed the internal specification test

　Two, ​​transportation and storage

　　During transportation, always treat the gearbox as a fragile product. After accepting the goods, quickly check them for damage. When moving packaged gearboxes in your warehouse, make sure that they will not be impacted. Otherwise, delicate external components and surfaces will be damaged.

　　 Three, installation

　　 Before starting the installation, please check whether the gearbox is the correct model. Prepare the butt flange for the machine or equipment that needs to install the gearbox. The mating surface used to install the gearbox must be completely flat and machined.

　　 Four, connect

　　 Fix the connection part to the input and output of the gearbox or geared motor. Do not strike with a hammer or similar tools. To insert parts, use the screws and threaded holes provided on the shaft. When installing the connecting parts, make sure to remove the protective grease.

　　 Clean the mating surface and the motor shaft coupling. Apply a thin layer of grease on the coupling to facilitate installation. Install the motor, and then tighten the fixing bolts to the motor flange.

　　 Note: Please make sure the motors are perfectly aligned. Incorrect alignment may damage the motor and input side bearings.
