During the use of the harmonic reducer, we should pay attention to various aspects, such as base type installation, flange type installation, torque arm installation, output shaft plus coupling, fit tolerance when connecting hollow shaft and solid shaft, bench holes, mounting bolts, etc.
1. For base type installation, the height of the center line should be calibrated, and the coaxiality of the two shafts should be calibrated when the coupling is connected; the floating amount of the flexible coupling should not exceed the allowable range of the coupling, and the rigid connection must ensure that each installation connection The shape and position tolerance of the long shaft connection also requires sufficient stiffness of the shaft.
2. Flange installation, the convex shoulder (or concave shoulder) should be well matched to avoid dislocation. When flange type installation and hollow shaft connection are used, the geometrical and position tolerance of the connection should be ensured.
3. To install the torsion arm, the active hollow shaft and the passive shaft should cooperate well, the floating of the passive shaft or the vibration of the equipment should be less than the allowable range of the elastic block, and the force arm should be fixed and locked.
4. When the output shaft adds a coupling, pulley, gear, sprocket, etc., do not hit hard, use the outer end of the output shaft screw hole, press-fit the coupling pulley, gear, sprocket, stirring type also need to consider the radial direction force.
5. When the hollow shaft is connected with the solid shaft, the tolerance H7.H6 should be coated with anti-rust oil.
6. Prepare a rigid foundation or a solid bench to install the transmission equipment. At the same time, it is also necessary to fully consider that even if the maximum load is added, the position of the assembled components will not be changed.
7. When installing the elevator, the hole on the table surface should be as small as possible under the precondition that the lead screw can pass easily.
8. The mounting bolts are generally grade 8.8. If there is high temperature or vibration and shock, please use the cylindrical pins to position them to avoid loosening.
