What are the precautions when installing the harmonic reducer?

In order to effectively avoid the possibility of vibration and abnormal noise during operation of the harmonic reducer due to errors during assembly. Strictly observe the following precautions for the assembly of the harmonic reducer during assembly.
(1). Precautions for wave generator

　1. Please avoid applying excessive force to the bearing part of the wave generator during assembly. The insertion can be performed smoothly by rotating the wave generator.

(2). Matters needing attention of rigid wheel and flexible wheel

1. Confirm whether the flatness of the installation surface is good and whether there is any skew.
2. Confirm whether the screw hole is raised, has residual burrs, or has foreign objects biting in.
3. Confirm whether chamfering and avoiding processing have been performed on the assembly part of the housing to avoid interference with the rigid wheel.
4. After the wheel is assembled to the shell, confirm whether it can rotate, whether there is interference in some parts, and it is clamped tightly.
5. When inserting the bolt into the bolt hole for installation, confirm whether the position of the bolt hole is correct, whether the bolt contacts the rigid wheel due to the skew processing of the bolt hole, etc., which makes the bolt rotation heavy.
6. Please do not tighten the bolts according to the specified torque all at once. Please temporarily tighten it with a force of approximately 1/2 of the specified torque, and then tighten it to the specified torque. In addition, usually tighten the bolts in diagonal order.
