Regardless of the lubrication effect of the planetary reducer, friction will still occur when the planetary reducer is started. This friction will cause changes in the size, shape and surface quality of the relevant parts, which will lead to wear and increase the fit gap between the relevant parts. Therefore, when the gap exceeds a reasonable range, the accuracy needs to be adjusted. How to adjust the accuracy of planetary reducer?
1. Adjust the guide accuracy of the guide rail
In general mechanical equipment, whether the gap between the guide rails is appropriate is usually to insert a feeler gauge with a thickness of 0.03 mm or 0.04 mm on the end surface, and the insertion depth cannot exceed 20 mm. If the gap of the guide rail is inappropriate, it should be adjusted in time.
2. The adjustment of the gap between the screw and the nut of the worm gear screw elevator
Screw drive nut drive is a commonly used screw drive mechanism. The combination of the screw rod and the nut is difficult to achieve no gap. Especially after a period of use, due to wear, it will increase the gap and affect the normal operation of the equipment. Therefore, in the process of equipment maintenance, care should be taken to eliminate the gap between the guide rod and the nut.
3. Adjustment of the rotation precision of the planetary reducer spindle
If the machining error of the spindle itself meets the requirements, the rotation accuracy of the reducer spindle is generally determined by the bearing. The key to adjusting the rotation accuracy of the spindle is to adjust the bearing clearance. Maintaining a proper bearing clearance is critical to the performance of the spindle components and bearing life. For rolling bearings, when there is a large gap, not only will the load be concentrated on the rolling element in the direction of the force, but also a serious stress concentration phenomenon will occur at the contact between the inner and outer ring raceways of the bearing, shortening the bearing life, and The centerline of the spindle drifts, which may cause vibration of the spindle components. Therefore, the adjustment of the rolling bearing must be pre-loaded to produce a certain amount of interference inside the bearing, so that a certain amount of elastic deformation occurs at the contact of the rolling element and the inner and outer ring raceways, thereby increasing the rigidity of the bearing.
